I've been studying herbalism intensively for many years. I became passionate about using herbs following the birth of my daughter in 2011. After spending years working at a local herb shop, I graduated from Sage Mountain Herbal Center. I continued my studies with the Herbal Academy of New England's Intermediate herbal course. When I decided I was fully able to help myself and my family with herbs and wanted to branch out to helping my community as a clinical herbalist, I moved on to Herbal Academy's Advanced program and the School of Evolutionary Herbalism's Vitalist Herbal Practitioner program. I am currently working through a professional mentorship as I refine my clinical skills. I am also a student member of the American Herbalist's Guild, United Plant Savers, and Herbalists Without Borders. My entire life is herbs. I grow them, make medicine with them, and ingest them every day. I sit with them and listen to their stories and learn. My children are growing up knowing how to heal themselves out in nature, should the need arise. I am passionate about the medicine of our Earth and feel that many with modern ailments would benefit greatly from living closer to our plant allies.
